I lost my family token — now what?

Your family token is shown in the Panel after login, on the family settings card. If you can't access any device with an active login, write to support and we'll help.

We've all forgotten our PINs.

PINs are stored encrypted and cannot be recovered. Another parent can reset any user's PIN from the Panel. If no one in the family remembers theirs, contact support and we'll help you regain access.

How do I install the app on my phone?

iPhone: Safari → Share icon → "Add to Home Screen". Android: Chrome → menu → "Install app". Or download from App Store / Google Play once the app is published there.

How do I delete my family and all data?

Send a request from the parent's email to house.of.heroes.support@gmail.com — we'll delete the family and all linked data within 24 hours. Inactive families are also auto-deleted after 60 days.
